Preorders take 4-6 weeks to process.

A confirmation email with tracking (if applicable) will be sent once your order ships.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout, based on destination, weight, and method.

Ensure accurate shipping details to avoid delays or extra charges.

3. Domestic & International Shipping

We ship domestically and internationally to select locations.

International orders may be subject to customs duties/taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed due to possible carrier delays.

Processing time is not included in estimated delivery times.

5. Tracking Information

Tracking is available for eligible shipments. A tracking number will be emailed once shipped.
