Please contact the carrier to locate your package or file a lost package claim.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Confessence is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms delivery. Please file a claim with the carrier before reaching out to us.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

No, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder. If you still don’t see it after an hour, email Confessence@gmail.com with your order number and last name.

Why did an item in my cart sell out before I could check out?

All products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Another customer may have completed their purchase before you checked out.

Why was my order canceled?

Orders flagged as high-risk may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.
